Cint Clare began with realist images of old buildings and sheds, I have found a few different ways to communicate my individual work with arbitrary colour and line, as well as pattern. Repeat imagery, quirky, naive and immediate, paintings, prints and other mediums. I am particularly passionate about sharing Australian fauna and celebrating these as everyday imagery. I have a background in design from Gordan TAFE and RMIT (post graduate degree). Ballarat University Bachelor of Visual Arts (fine arts)(honours). Sydney Fringe Award 2012. Cint Clare is also known as Jacinta Allison (maiden name) and Jacinta Stephenson. Clare is my middle name and ‘Cint’ is my nickname.
